Prior to founding STRATEGY TECHNICS, Nikos held various financial, commercial, and general management positions in prominent consumer and industrial goods companies such as FRIESLAND CAMPINA, DIAGEO, SHELMAN, and GRUNDFOS. Nikos holds a Doctorate in Managerial Decision Making, a Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Degree, and a Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering Degree, all from the National Technical University of Athens (Greece) and, also, an MBA from the University of Washington (USA).

Nikos advises the C-Suite on strategy, team effectiveness, and executive career development and he is the creator of "Pandemonium Management," an innovative and powerful approach designed to enhance the effectiveness of teams within any organization.
